  • Reviewing HR system data to maintain accuracy and consistency, supporting users to follow the correct processes.
  • Helping to keep internal information pages and external website content accurate, relevant and up to date.
  • Providing general administrative support across the HR function and assisting with other duties as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, methodical and comfortable managing a varied workload, with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role, with a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience maintaining employee data and working with HR systems, with the confidence to learn new applications.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
  • Experience working with figures, such as checking invoices or supporting payroll-related processes.
  • Confidence researching information and preparing reports or statistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams and with external contacts.
  • A proactive approach, using your initiative while working collaboratively with others.
